- Own the DSS roadmap across phases, with clear delivery timelines, dependency tracking, and measurable business impact.
- Ensure environments, data pipelines, and platform services are sequenced to support Phased deliverables and subsequent phases.
- Coordinate recurring alignment sessions with product leadership, engineering leads, data & analytics, OMS/Order Management, POS, supply chain/fulfillment operations, digital operations, legal/privacy, and finance.
- Maintain concise executive summaries and updates for senior leadership.
- Partner with Procurement and Legal to evaluate, onboard, and manage platform/data partners (e.g., streaming and observability providers).
- Align statements of work, SLAs, and KPIs; drive integration clarity and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain DSS planning artifacts (Miro boards, RACI, RAID, Gantt, dependency maps) and leverage them in workshops and demos.
- Define and track DSS‑specific success metrics and establish reporting cadences for sponsors.
- Proactively identify and escape technical roadblocks and capture mitigations in RAID logs.
- Facilitate collaboration across Digital Shopping squads, OMS, POS, Supply Chain/STME, PIM, and Analytics to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Experience with program/project management with large, data‑intensive platform integrations in retail/e‑commerce.
- Experience with OMS/Yantra, Hybris, POS, and digital services.
- Experience with inventory reservation/ATP concepts and customer‑promise metrics.
- Agile/SAFe practices; proficiency with Miro, RAID/RACI, and Gantt planning; workshop facilitation with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Data streaming/observability familiarity (e.g., Kafka/Confluent) and ability to navigate spiky data‑refresh scenarios and performance constraints.
- Background in source‑of‑supply logic, marketplace integrations, and last‑mile delivery orchestration.
- Experience working with enterprise data governance groups, privacy/compliance partners, and Procurement/Legal.
- Familiarity with Graph
QL service ecosystems, Event Based Modeling and Executions, and Commerce processes, including stock‑row modeling.
