Dev Ops Dojo Coach – Otter Base
We are seeking a Dev Ops Dojo Coach to provide hands‑on coaching and training to enterprise teams, helping elevate Dev Ops practices, tooling adoption, and delivery maturity. This role combines Dev Ops coaching with change management, training facilitation, and program leadership.
You'll spend approximately 50% of your time embedded with teams in a Dev Ops Dojo model, coaching engineers and leaders on best practices while partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption, manage change, and measure impact.
Responsibilities- Develop training materials
- Facilitate workshops
- Track adoption metrics
- Lead large‑scale initiatives
- Foster a positive change culture across the organization
- 5+ years of enterprise IT experience
- Proven change management and project leadership experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for Dev Ops practices and continuous improvement
- Experience with cloud development; test automation experience is a plus
- Mid‑Senior level
