DevOps Architect – Multi-Cloud

You’ll partner closely with engineering, security, and operations onsite to lead Dev Ops transformation during a cloud migration (moving workloads, tooling, and governance from one cloud to another while maintaining reliability and compliance).

• Design and lead enterprise CI/CD patterns (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops) that teams can adopt quickly.
• Build “golden path” templates for Infrastructure as Code (Terraform + Bicep/ARM) with strong standards and reusability.
• Embed Dev Sec Ops  into delivery (SAST/DAST, IaC scanning, policy‑as‑code, continuous compliance).
• Establish cloud governance and security guardrails (identity, RBAC, JIT access, MFA, Conditional Access, secrets management).
• Implement observability and operational readiness (monitoring/logging, dashboards, alerting, incident automation).
• Drive cost‑aware engineering through Fin Ops practices and automation.
• Lead architecture reviews, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement aligned to DORA + SRE principles.
• Support cloud‑to‑cloud migration initiatives by aligning pipelines, environments, security controls, and operating model across both clouds.

• You’ve delivered a standard CI/CD reference architecture and at least 1–2 reusable pipeline templates adopted by teams.
• You’ve established migration‑ready landing zone patterns and governance guardrails across the cloud environment(s).
• Security and compliance checks are automated and visible (dashboards + reporting), reducing manual effort and risk.
• Teams are shipping faster with fewer production surprises—measurable through DORA metrics and reliability signals.

• Cloud:
  Multi‑cloud (must include GCP); strong alignment to Microsoft Azure services and tooling
• CI/CD:
  Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops
• IaC:
  Terraform, Bicep/ARM
• Security: SAST/DAST, IaC scanners, policy‑as‑code, Key Vault / secrets management, SIEM (Sentinel/Defender)
• Observability:
  Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights (and equivalents)
• Containers / Platform: AKS and modern cloud‑native services (plus GCP equivalents as applicable)

• Demonstrated history in previous roles as a Dev Ops / Cloud Architecture / Infrastructure Automation with architect‑level ownership.
• Multi‑cloud experience (2+ clouds) with GCP as one of them (hands‑on or architecture leadership).
• Proven experience designing Dev Ops/platform solutions in an environment migrating from one cloud to another (cloud‑to‑cloud or hybrid transition).
• Strong Dev Sec Ops  mindset with practical experience automating controls and compliance.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills—able to influence without relying on title.

• Cloud architecture or Dev Ops certifications (Azure and/or GCP).
• Git Ops, container security, automated remediation, enterprise transformation work.
• Experience working in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models.
