Montgomery Code is hiring a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead performance and optimization across Meta (ecommerce) and Linked In. This role is for someone who loves the blend of creative testing, audience strategy, and analytical rigor, and who thrives in a highly collaborative environment. You will work closely with design, content, and client partners to turn strategy into campaigns that drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day performance for Meta Ads and Linked In Ads, including structure, targeting, budgets, pacing, and optimization
  • Build and manage testing roadmaps across audiences, creative angles, formats, placements, and landing page hypotheses
  • Collaborate closely with creative teammates to develop clear briefs, plan iteration cycles, and translate performance insights into stronger creative
  • Develop audience strategies for both prospecting and retargeting, aligned to funnel stage, offer, and sales cycle
  • Set clear KPIs and measurement plans, then report results with concise insights and next-step recommendations
  • Create clear, repeatable performance reports and dashboards in tools like Databox and Looker Studio, tailored to client goals and internal decision-making
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting rhythms, including narrative summaries, what changed, what we learned, and what we are testing next
  • Monitor spend and performance trends, identify issues early, and bring calm clarity to fast-moving campaigns
  • Maintain clean account hygiene including naming conventions, campaign documentation, and repeatable processes
  • Collaborate with teammates on conversion tracking needs, including pixel events, UTMs, and lead quality feedback loops
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and what success looks like
What Success Looks Like
  • Campaign performance is stable, improving, and well-managed across Meta and Linked In
  • Creative testing is structured and consistent, with clear learnings and next iterations
  • Reporting is trusted, easy to follow, and drives confident decisions for both clients and the internal team
  • Collaboration is smooth. Briefs are clear, feedback is actionable, and creative and strategy stay tightly aligned
  • Accounts are organized and scalable so the team can move quickly while staying consistent, accurate, and proactive
Requirements
  • 5+ years in paid social or performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of campaign performance
  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Linked In Ads budgets, optimization, and reporting
  • Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable creative and audience strategy
  • Strong reporting skills, including building dashboards and delivering insights that drive decisions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions with creatives and clients
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment with a wide range of industries and goals

Tools – Bonus if you also use:
Hub Spot, Webflow, or other CRM and landing page tools

Location, PTO, Benefits, Salary
  • Location: Grand Rapids, MI (onsite)
  • Benefits: Annual bonus eligibility and 401k match. Health benefits are not offered at this time.
  • Salary: $75k to $95k, based on skills and experience
