Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Who You Are

You will work directly with our engineering team, providing first-level support to our partners. Your professionalism and accuracy will enhance partner satisfaction.

Your Skills and Background
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years in help desk or similar role
  • Experience with remote monitoring and ticketing software (preferred)
  • Basic networking, server, and hardware knowledge
  • COMPTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Patience dealing with challenging situations
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for onsite visits
  • Motivated to learn and adapt
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic to mid-level IT support onsite and remotely
  • Engineer long-term solutions
  • Monitor ticket progress and support metrics
  • Document issues and resolutions thoroughly
  • Setup hardware and perform onsite deployments
  • Take ownership of specific areas of expertise
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues
  • Adapt to workflow changes
  • Improve processes and support continually
