Who You AreYou will work directly with our engineering team, providing first-level support to our partners. Your professionalism and accuracy will enhance partner satisfaction.
Your Skills and Background- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in help desk or similar role
- Experience with remote monitoring and ticketing software (preferred)
- Basic networking, server, and hardware knowledge
- COMPTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience dealing with challenging situations
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for onsite visits
- Motivated to learn and adapt
- Provide basic to mid-level IT support onsite and remotely
- Engineer long-term solutions
- Monitor ticket progress and support metrics
- Document issues and resolutions thoroughly
- Setup hardware and perform onsite deployments
- Take ownership of specific areas of expertise
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues
- Adapt to workflow changes
- Improve processes and support continually
