• 7–10 years of program/project management experience with large, data‑intensive platform integrations
• Strong experience coordinating across OMS/Yantra, Hybris, POS, digital commerce platforms
• Deep understanding of inventory accuracy, ATP, OSA/BOH, and customer promise metrics
• Hands‑on delivery using Agile / SAFe methodologies
• Proficiency with Miro, RAID logs, RACI, Gantt charts, dependency mapping
• Experience with data streaming and observability concepts (Kafka/Confluent preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and reporting skills
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and enterprise data standards
• Ability to manage vendor onboarding, SOWs, SLAs, and KPIs

• Owning the DSS roadmap across multiple phases, including delivery timelines, dependencies, and measurable business outcomes (ATP accuracy, promise reliability, return‑rate reduction)
• Leading cross‑functional efforts to deliver real‑time digital inventory positions and a unified source of truth for product availability across digital channels
• Coordinating alignment across Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, OMS, POS, Supply Chain, Digital Operations, Finance, Legal, and Privacy
• Managing vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance, including alignment on SLAs, KPIs, and integration acceptance criteria
• Maintaining DSS planning artifacts including Miro boards, RACI, RAID logs, Gantt charts, and dependency maps
• Defining and tracking success metrics such as BOH/OSA accuracy, ATP precision, delivery promise hit rate, fulfillment cost per order, and return‑rate reduction
• Proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues, including inventory reservation mismatches, data spikes, and downstream API/contract misalignment
• Facilitating collaboration across Digital Shopping, OMS, POS, Supply Chain/STME, PIM, and Analytics teams
• Ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance, privacy, and data lineage standards
• Supporting strategic initiatives related to unified inventory accuracy, fulfillment optimization, streaming data resilience, and observability
