Sr SAFe Scrum Master

Job Summary

Senior SAFe Scrum Master with experience in e‑Commerce or POS systems to lead delivery from multiple teams.

Grand Rapids, Michigan

$55 – $75 per hour

• Leadership and high‑level functional consultation for services development and configuration.
• Alignment of teams to Program Increment (PI) objectives and delivery of value.
• Coordinate release activities and represent them to the next generation solution train.
• Support collaboration with ART Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owners to groom and maintain the product backlog.
• Lead without explicit authority and remove impediments to team success.
• Facilitate discussion, decision‑making, collaboration, and conflict resolution to achieve value.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies for the agile team.

• 5+ years leading multiple agile scrum teams.
• Experience in retail industry and grocery heavily preferred.
