Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Service Now IRM Developer to work as a direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with a team of developers to implement API integrations between Identity Management and Service Now.
• Maintain updates on your active user stories within Service Now.
• Build and update flows and modules in Service Now.
• Fix bugs based on priority defined by your team lead.
• Attend daily stand‑up meetings with your team.
• Perform run activities for our Identity Management platform such as fixing formatting, uploading spreadsheets, and promoting data in the environments.
• Collaborate with our Architect to create solutions to address our challenges.

Required

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in development.
• Must work onsite in Grand Rapids, MI.
• Experience in Service Now IRM/GRC, Identity Management, and API development required.
