• Developing system requirements and ERP integration strategies
• Maintaining Windchill configurations and workflows
• Leading legacy data migrations into Windchill
• Collaborating with global teams using Agile practices

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM processes
• Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment

• Expertise in Windchill and Creo, including ERP integrations
• Knowledge of PLM processes and architectural thinking
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL; familiarity with Thing Worx and Azure Dev Ops
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
