Our client is seeking an experienced Architect Specialist with deep expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Governance, and Data Engineering
. This senior-level role will define data architecture strategies, standards, models, and roadmaps while partnering with business and technology leaders to translate business capabilities into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of IT experience
, including significant hands-on experience with information/data architecture, enterprise data modeling, database design, data warehousing, and modern cloud data technologies.

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture principles, standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Translate business capabilities and requirements into well-defined architecture solutions, models, and implementation strategies.
• Develop and align current-state and future-state architectural models across business, information, data, application, service, and technology domains.
• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using enterprise data modeling tools.
• Drive data governance, data quality, data integrity, information standards, and Master Data Management initiatives.
• Establish architectural direction for technologies, design patterns, development frameworks, and data integration approaches.
• Partner with cross-functional business sponsors, product teams, project management, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and governance processes while ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Evaluate integration opportunities across information and process flows and recommend appropriate implementation strategies.
• Develop recommendations that improve the business value, scalability, and effectiveness of technology investments.
• Research emerging technologies and lead architecture innovations and prototypes.
• Communicate complex architecture concepts, strategies, and models to both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Provide architecture guidance supporting portfolio planning, prioritization, programs, and projects.
• Apply AI capabilities to Data Engineering and Data Modeling use cases where appropriate.

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Architecture, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or advanced database design/modeling.
• 4+ years of hands-on data modeling experience, including experience with tools such as SAP Power Designer.
• Strong experience designing or implementing:
  • OLTP/RDBMS databases
  • Data warehouses
  • Data marts
  • Enterprise data models
• Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Analysis, Data Integrity, Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Modeling.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and tools.
• Experience defining and implementing data quality initiatives.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies, including:
  • Big Query
  • AlloyDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • Cloud Run
  • MongoDB
  • Dataflow
• Knowledge of AI capabilities with experience applying AI to Data Engineering and/or Data Modeling.
• Bachelor's degree or applicable certification program.

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture and MDM.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Functional or architecture experience with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault Systèmes 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and DAMA architecture frameworks and standards.
• Experience establishing enterprise data architecture principles, guidelines, and standards.
• Expertise in interoperability standards and integration methods.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior-level management.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple architecture initiatives simultaneously.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and drive architectural decisions.
