This opportunity is ideal for an MES professional who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges, exploring new technologies, and taking ownership of end-to-end solution delivery. You don't need decades of architectural experience — what matters most is your strong understanding of Siemens Opcenter, your technical mindset, and your ambition to grow into a trusted solution architect.

• Lead end-to-end MES implementations — from requirements gathering and discovery through solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, commissioning, and production support.
• Design and configure Siemens Opcenter solutions — working with Opcenter Execution Discrete, Opcenter Execution Process, Opcenter X, CORE, and Intelligence to support production execution, work-in-progress (WIP), material tracking, genealogy, traceability, quality, and shop-floor workflows.
• Build robust integrations — connect Opcenter with ERP systems, databases, IT/OT environments, automation equipment, and manufacturing data platforms.
• Develop scalable MES architectures — work with technologies such as SAP, Connect MOM, MQTT, Unified Namespace (UNS), REST APIs, OData, OPC UA, JSON/XML, and Transact-SQL.
• Translate manufacturing needs into technical solutions — create functional specifications, technical designs, interface definitions, data mappings, and production workflows for discrete and process manufacturing.
• Be a trusted customer partner — facilitate discovery workshops, lead technical discussions, support pre-sales activities, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver customer training.
• Help shape our future capabilities — stay up to date with Siemens' evolving MES portfolio and contribute to the growth of our Opcenter expertise.

• Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter MES and a solid understanding of its products, capabilities, and architecture.
• A strong understanding of the MES manufacturing transaction lifecycle and how MES supports real-world production processes.
• Working knowledge of database architecture, Transact-SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, OData, and OPC UA.
• The ability to understand complex integration challenges and develop solutions across different customer IT/OT environments.
• Confidence in communicating with customers, facilitating technical discussions, and working with manufacturing, ERP, IT/OT, and automation teams.
• An ownership mindset, a passion for industrial digitalization, and a genuine interest in continuous learning and professional growth.
• Willingness and ability to take on the responsibilities of a solution architect, including leading technical decisions and representing ATS Global in customer engagements.

• Experience with Opcenter CORE
  , Opcenter Execution Discrete, and Opcenter Execution Process.
• Familiarity with Opcenter X, Opcenter Intelligence, and the broader Siemens Opcenter portfolio.
• Knowledge of Siemens' latest MES solutions, product developments, and roadmap.
• Experience with SAP integrations, Connect MOM, MQTT, or Unified Namespace architectures.
• Exposure to solution architecture, technical leadership, or pre-sales in complex manufacturing projects.
