Overview
Bodman’s Intellectual Property Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Patent Attorney to join our growing office in Grand Rapids.
Location:
Grand Rapids, MI.
- Drafting and prosecuting patent applications that support our clients’ global patent and IP strategies.
- Conducting freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses.
- Preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions.
- Opportunities to support IP-related litigation and transactional practices within a general practice firm.
- 1 to 4 years of patent experience.
- Technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Admission to the Michigan Bar and the U.S. Patent Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials.
