The Carrier Sales internship supports the daily execution of carrier sales operations while gaining first‑hand experience in the transportation industry. This role provides meaningful exposure to freight brokerage, carrier partnerships, and transportation operations, enabling interns to apply classroom knowledge in a professional environment while developing the operational, analytical, and professional skills needed to launch a successful career in transportation and logistics.

• Shipment Execution Support:
  Support assigned shipments from carrier assignment through delivery by coordinating with carriers, monitoring activity, and helping identify and resolve potential issues.
• Carrier Procurement:
  Assist with sourcing carrier capacity while gaining hands‑on experience with transportation pricing, market conditions, carrier selection, and the procurement process.
• Carrier Stratification:
  Help identify, qualify, and onboard new carriers while building professional relationships and maintaining accurate carrier information and documentation.
• Transportation Industry Knowledge:
  Develop a foundational understanding of freight brokerage, transportation terminology, market fundamentals, and how transportation supports the broader supply chain.
• Professional Development:
  Strengthen communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and professional skills through hands‑on experience, coaching, training, and participation in a fast‑paced team environment.

• Real-world experience in logistics, sales strategy, and carrier relationship management

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (junior/senior standing) or recent graduate
• Majoring in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communicator with curiosity, drive, and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Interest in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales
• Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn

• Compensation: $17/hr. and up to $1,000 performance bonus
