Commercial Construction Plumbing Project Manager
ScheduleMonday through Friday, 40–45 hours weekly (flexible schedule based on project needs).
Key Responsibilities- Oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
- Supervise foremen and installation teams on‑site.
- Coordinate crews to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.
- Read and troubleshoot from diagrams and blueprints.
- Maintain vendor, contractor, and client relationships.
- Analyze bid data for cost assessments.
- Ensure project deadlines and schedules are met while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Oversee on‑site quality control.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships throughout each project.
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial plumbing field experience.
- Experience overseeing projects and leading foremen/teams.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronic systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- MS Office proficiency, including Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Procore experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Knowledge of state and local codes.
- Dependable, driven, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
