About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical projects to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience managing electrical construction projects – from estimating and planning through completion and closeout.
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in fast‑paced construction environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to define scope and deliverables.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, proposals, and change orders.
- Oversee field operations to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and subcontractor services.
- Utilize project management software for scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction.
- Strong understanding of electrical system design, installation, and construction methods.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
- Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Intelli Bid and Job Trac
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
