• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders surrounding assigned projects.
• Ensure safety on worksites and audit compliance.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Project or SAP to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks and opportunities through contracts, on-site reviews, etc.
• Maintain sound financial acumen, including managing cash flow, budgets, and forecasting.
• Own the project schedule, resource status, procurement, and punch‑list management to ensure quality throughout the project life cycle.

• 2+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, SAP, or similar).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with safety audits and risk management in construction settings.

The hiring range for this role is $96,400 – $132,500
. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including skills, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Variable Compensation
: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on the achievement of company goals and individual goals.
