• Competitive salary of $70k - $90k per year

In this position, you will:

• Monitor daily performance of all installation and production employees and subcontractor crews
• Maintain consistent and prompt communication with crews and customers to ensure a positive experience and proper execution of contractsყ
• Maintain quality control program from product ordering, receiving, delivery, and installation
• Perform general hiring and terminations of all installers, subcontractors, and production–related employees
• Consistently review strategies to improve overall efficiency
• Assist with and handle customer complaint resolutions

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience resolving conflict
• Strong communication and customer service skills
