Materials Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for a materials planning specialist to help drive efficient production and quality for new and existing products. The role supports cross‑functional teams, manages SAP reliability, and leads sourcing initiatives in a hybrid onsite environment.

• Develop material strategies for new and existing products.
• Plan materials for the production team to meet manufacturing needs.
• Create metal fabrication plans ensuring production and quality control of new products.
• Maintain SAP reliability across the facility and serve as the point of contact for SAP subject‑matter expertise.
• Communicate consistently with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee timely execution of plans.
• Lead in sourcing/outsourcing initiatives.

• 2+ years of proven experience in a related field using SAP.
• Experience in material planning processes, including procurement, scheduling, inventory management, and product development.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full‑time;

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Materials or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.
• Advanced SAP expertise.
