** Material Handler**, you’ll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing process running efficiently and safely every single day.

** What You’ll Do
*** Safely operate
** fork trucks and Combi Lifts
** to move, load, and unload tubing and other materials.
* Maintain accurate material locations and inventory in
** SAP
* * to keep production running smoothly.
* Inspect and operate equipment safely and report any issues to supervision.
* Support production by staging materials, building boxes, and emptying scrap hoppers as needed.
* Apply
** FIFO (First In, First Out)
** principles to ensure proper material rotation.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete basic housekeeping and maintenance tasks daily.
* Step in to assist other team members and departments when needed to meet production goals.

* Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or forklift operation is helpful (training and certification provided).

* Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Ability to deal with stress and get along with co-workers and supervisors.  Ability to read and speak English is required.  Mathematical skills equivalent to high school level required.  Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers. Regular attendance at work and punctuality are essential job functions.

Education:

High School education or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Equipment:
After powered industrial truck certification, must be able to operate a variety of industrial equipment safety and efficiently.

* Hours:

** Regular shift consist of eight hours, Monday through Friday.  Hours of work dependent upon shift assignment.  Shift schedule is subject to change as needed.
