Blender Operator (Night Shift, $25.40 Starting Hourly Pay (Shift Premium Included))

This full‑time night shift position operates a blender in a food manufacturing environment. The shift runs 7:00 pm–7:00 am with a rotating schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow work instructions and the batch record to verify ingredients before weighing and measuring.
  • Accurately weigh/measure each ingredient as specified using computer‑aided software or manual methods.
  • Verify label information and load ingredient into the blender in the order specified in the batch record.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, parts, tools, utensils, and work area, ensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards.
  • Maintain appropriate separation of materials and equipment by food allergens.
  • Consistently meet production needs and goals while minimizing product shrink and downtime.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of all blending equipment and processes; contact Maintenance as needed.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and transactions in a timely manner, including batch entry logs, cleaning forms, room logs, and work orders.
  • Identify Critical Control Points (CCP).
  • Actively participate in shift exchanges and work team meetings.
  • Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work with dairy, nut products, and other related ingredients and allergens.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift and pallet jack certification.
  • Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages) and computer operational skills.
