Essential Job FunctionsAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Job Setup: Preparing and setting up CNC machines and Robots for production.
- Dry Run and Job Execution: Running machines and ensuring smooth operations.
- Quality Control and Paperwork: Maintaining high standards in our manufacturing processes.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and overtime when needed.
- Machine Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance as per provided guidelines.
- Adaptable Role: Assisting with other tasks assigned by our Executive Management.
We re looking for candidates who possess:
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Preferred Education:
A certificate or associate degree in Machine Technology, CNC programming, or operations from a community college. - Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.
- Mechanical aptitude with a passion for hands-on problem solving.
- Comfortable with basic hand tools and shop equipment.
- CNC operation experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CAD knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Equipment Certification:
Forklift and crane certification is an advantage.
