• Performs all work tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Ability to meet standard pallet move performance rate.
• Inspects equipment prior to use.
• Moves product to and from storage locations.
• Loads outbound orders while verifying accuracy.
• Inspects trailers prior to loading, ensures trailers are safe and food grade.
• Responsible for securing loaded trailer while waiting for pickup.
• Utilizes scanning software to systematically move product in real‑time.
• Performs warehouse cleaning duties including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, floor scrubbing, etc.
• Occasionally charges or changes Hilo battery, participates in inventory counting and wraps or stacks product.
• Performs other duties as assigned; may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• May work overtime, evenings, or weekends to complete work or to attend meetings, as directed and authorized by management.
• Previous stand‑up Hilo experience highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a cold storage environment preferred.
