The Chemical Packaging Plant is a fast‑paced environment and high‑volume operation, responsible for manufacturing cleaning products for BISSELL. Multiple packaging lines run 24 hours a day, up to 6 days a week. The standard work shift for a technician is 8 hours per day.

As a Warehouse Technician I, you will be part of a collaborative team with opportunities for career advancement using the BISSELL Skill System. You will learn and develop by supporting liquid filling, packaging, and blow‑molding operations. This includes picking, placing, and delivering materials to specified areas, unloading and loading inbound and outbound trailers. You will also train other team members on technical skills and SOPs while fostering their development.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring a heightened focus on safety and reporting unsafe conditions or accidents promptly.
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Load/unload trailers per truck diagram.
• Offload and receive bulk chemical deliveries.
• Use ERP system (Oracle) to look up and transfer items on forklift computer.
• Unpack, repack, and perform other tasks to prepare product for e‑commerce.
• Ensure product quality according to specifications.
• Perform simple and repetitive assembly operations on small parts.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma, GED, or relevant experience in lieu.
• Must be capable of lifting 0–50 lbs.

• Ability to act as a team player.

• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and onboard computer system.
