Delta Workforce is hiring skilled Welders for a manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids
. If you have experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
, this is a great opportunity for steady, well-paying work. You’ll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components while maintaining top-quality production standards.

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on various metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Set up welding machines and select proper settings for different metals
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Work with steel, aluminum, and other metals as required
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards

• 1+ years of welding experience (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with grinders, torches, and fabrication tools
• Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Welding certification (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to Grand Rapids
