Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, managing schedules and performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure optimal functioning and preventative upkeep of machinery.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control principles (e.g., Lean, GMP).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and cross‑functional coordination.

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation and robotics in a manufacturing setting
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in relevant local languages
