Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance team.
• Implement and monitor quality control programs to ensure product standards are met.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and development.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage budgets, and meet output targets.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
