Target Pay: The target starting base salary for this position is $87, - $ / year (plus quarterly bonus incentive) . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Cascade Engineering considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

• Leads all areas of maintenance including:

• Injection molding equipment and auxiliaries
• Fabrication and tooling support
• Work cells and automated systems
• Molding technology and process support
• Product assembly and secondary operations

• Serves as the technical authority for diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues
• Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art maintenance principles, reliability practices, and emerging technologies
• Leads continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to reduce downtime, improve OEE, and extend equipment life

• Leads, develops, and coaches maintenance supervisors, leads, technicians, and apprentices
• Builds a high-performing, cross-trained, and safety-focused maintenance organization
• Establishes skill development plans, training priorities, and succession planning
• Works closely with the Training & Development Department, and Human Resources to establish, launch, and maintain an effective Maintenance Apprenticeship program
• Encourages accountability, engagement, and ownership throughout the department

• Develops, maintains, and enforces preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Assures consistent maintenance systems, standards, and best practices between plants
• Coordinates with Plant Management and Scheduling to:
  • Set priorities
  • Control budgets
  • Allocate labor
  • Manage major projects
• Ensures all regulatory, safety, and facility compliance requirements are met (OSHA, building codes, environmental, etc.)
