* + Produce and package quality products with precision, safety, and pride

+ Read blueprints and specifications to build custom crates that protect valuable goods

+ Master hand and power tools (we'll help you hone your craft!)

+ Inspect, repair, and customize crates to exact specs using ISPM standards

+ Manage inventory, maintain your tools, and keep your workspace organized and safe

+ Track, pack, and ship with accuracy and enthusiasm-your attention to detail keeps everything on track
