Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Salary: $75,000–$110,000 DOE

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to support a growing precision machining operation serving the aerospace, medical, and commercial industries.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows Swiss CNC machining and enjoys improving processes—not just maintaining them.

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Process Engineer to support a growing precision machining operation serving the aerospace, medical, and commercial industries.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who knows Swiss CNC machining and enjoys improving processes—not just maintaining them.
Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes
Develop and improve machining processes
Reduce cycle times, scrap, and downtime
Select tooling, speeds, and feeds
Troubleshoot machining and production issues
Read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Support and train CNC operators
Partner with quality and production teams to improve performance
3+ years of Swiss CNC programming experience
Experience with
Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Tornos, or similar Swiss equipmentCAD/CAM programming experience;
Esprit preferredStrong GD&T and blueprint‑reading skills
Experience with tight‑tolerance precision machining
Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset
$75K–$110K salary
4-day workweek
Monday–Thursday schedule
