You will supervise sanitation teams, oversee schedules, train staff, and ensure GMP and food safety compliance. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement, manage chemical usage, maintain sanitation records, and support audits such as SQF or BRC as needed.
