We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide executive-level support to the President & CEO while managing marketing initiatives. A key part of this role will also include coordinating events and marketing efforts for our sales team. This position requires someone who can balance administrative support, marketing communications, and event coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support
- Manage the President and CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Create and update webpages
- Maintain and manage the events calendar
- Develop and send monthly newsletters
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
- Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
- Write compelling copy to enhance engagement
- Design marketing materials and digital assets using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Conduct research to support marketing and communications strategies
- Plan and coordinate events, including securing venues and managing logistics
- Develop event-related content and promotional materials
- Schedule and execute event-related communications, including invitations and updates
- Oversee event execution and budgeting
- Design and manage online forms for registrations, feedback, and sponsor ships
- Coordinate team-wide communications for internal events and initiatives
- Plan staff outings, holiday parties, and charitable giving programs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or related field required.
- 1-2 years of Marketing/Communications experience (including relevant internship experience)
- Knowledge of SBA and Commercial Lending is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Canva
