Field Marketing Manager – Great Day Improvements

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead local marketing initiatives to generate leads, support Champion sales representatives, and drive brand awareness across multiple neighborhoods.

• Research, register, and coordinate local events, sponsor ships, canvassing, and engagement efforts.
• Engage potential customers and schedule in‑home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives.
• Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires.
• Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home‑improvement projects.
• Hire, train, and maintain a team of field marketers across multiple locations.
• Manage budgets to maximize return on investment and approve payroll entries and updates.
• Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
• Contribute content for social media and company culture initiatives.
• Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews with the field marketing team.
• Support Corporate Marketing functions as needed.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales.
• Associate degree in business management or related field.
• Prior experience in the construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to oversee budgets and develop reports.
• Ability to lead a team of field marketers.
• Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
