As a faith-based, mission-driven organization, Holland Home is seeking a Director of Philanthropy to focus on development efforts to support and enhance the mission of Faith Hospice and Holland Home. This key team member creates, manages, and modifies development programs to raise required non‑operating funds for Faith Hospice, Trillium Institute, and the Dementia Institute within the Christian Living Services/Holland Home organization.
DesiredSkills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, public relations, human services, or a related field of study
- Five or more years of successful fundraising experience; development management experience is highly valued
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire people
- Strong commitment to the mission of the organization
As one of Michigan’s largest non‑profit providers of senior services, Christian Living Services is comprised of eight complementary organizations that serve the needs of seniors, such as Holland Home and Faith Hospice.
