This position offers a comprehensive transition-to-practice Residency Program accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Trinity Health Grand Rapids is the only nursing organization in West Michigan with this accreditation.

The RN Resident (supervised by a Registered Nurse) provides patient care through the nursing process, following established policies and physician orders in clinical settings.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 hours of clinical instruction in an acute care setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrolled within 6 months of employment, to be completed within 4 years
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Preferred: EMT, Paramedic, Nurse aide, or other clinical experience
