* ** Position Type:
** Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

* Schedule:
** 1820 hours (83 scheduled shifts or equivalent) annually + 68 25-hour shifts to cover both Grand Rapids NICU & Muskegon Special Care Unit. + 15 8-hour shifts are scheduled Monday-Friday for Grand Rapids NICU providing direct and indirect patient care.

** Requirements
* ** Relevant clinical experience preferred
* ** APPs:
** Board certified in specialty prior to employment
* Active Michigan medical license
* DEA license
* ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
** Duties & Responsibilities
** A typical day may include:
* Providing direct patient care
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
* Participating in teaching and mentoring
* Documenting in Epic EMR
* Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
* Supporting community health efforts
