The Nurse Practitioners we seek have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice, and primary care. Candidates who wish to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume, are encouraged to apply. We value clinicians who take the time to address the patient’s needs fully.

• Licensed as an NP in the state where the Harmony Cares Medical Group office is located.
• Federal DEA license/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Board certification.
