• Starting wages: $38.15–$40.15 per hour (based on certification)

• 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time and part‑time positions available

• Perform a variety of treatments: wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications prescribed by physicians and counsel patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care addressing patients’ physical and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and exceptional customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Supervise the Nurse Aide team: assign duties, provide training, and contribute to evaluations.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
• Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and problem‑solving.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and ensuring job completion.
