The facility offers the full continuum of care on 2 campuses and community services through Atrio Home Care, Faith Hospice, Care Resources, Reliance Community Care Partners, and Tandem
365. With about 1,500 team members we serve over 5,000 seniors.

Provides compassionate resident care on the 3rd shift (6:30 pm – 7:00 am) as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Works part‑time (36 hrs per pay period) with a schedule that alternates Sunday one week and Friday, Saturday the next.

• Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home.
• Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains medication cart, and follows physician orders.
• Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff.
• Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed.
• Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation.
• Establishes trusting relationships with residents and families, offering emotional support and addressing concerns.

• Schedule:
  
  Week 1 – Sunday;
  Week 2 – Friday and Saturday.
• Shift: 6:30 pm – 7:00 am.
• Hours per pay period: 36 hrs.
• Compensation:
  Generous bonuses for additional shifts; evening and night shift differential.

• Valid MI RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills for charting in the EMR.
