• Provide direct nursing care in alignment with our mission
• Conduct assessments and administer medications
• Maintain medication carts and follow physician orders
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff
• Assist physicians with evaluations and procedures
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families

• Full‑time Charge Nurse, 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
• Full‑time Charge Nurse, 3rd Shift – Assisted Living Response Nurse (6:30pm – 7:00am)
• Part‑time Charge Nurse 1st Shift (6:30am – 3:00pm)
• Part‑time Charge Nurse 1st Shift (6:30am – 7:00pm)
• Part‑time Charge Nurse 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)
• Part‑time Charge Nurse 2nd Shift (6:30pm – 11:00pm)
• Part‑time Charge Nurse 3rd Shift (6:30pm – 7:00am)

• Active and valid Michigan RN or LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Experience in geriatric care preferred (supportive training provided)
• Basic computer skills for EMR documentation
