Interim Health Care of West Michigan in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Hospice division. This weekend-only position begins Friday 4:30 PM and runs through Monday 8:00 AM on-call, with ongoing patient assessments and care planning.
You will work with the IDG to develop and adjust care plans, educate patients and families, and manage pain and symptoms while ensuring equipment and medications are available.
