Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient DAYS

Schedule:

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Day shift Pay: $38-$48/hr depending on experience level

Hiring an Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to support outpatient oncology care coordination. This Oncology RN role supports patient-centered care delivery, education, documentation, and collaboration with the full care team. If you’re an Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) who is detail-driven, compassionate, and confident working in a regulated clinical environment, this role is for you.

• Provide outpatient oncology nursing care aligned with clinical standards and policies
• Assess patient needs and create/coordinate care plans to meet goals and outcomes
• Communicate and collaborate to ensure continuity and coordination of care
• Act as patient/family advocate; protect privacy and confidentiality (PHI/HIPAA)
• Provide education and evaluate patient understanding and progress
• Support discharge planning and transitions to next point of service
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality-focused care delivery

• Michigan RN license required
• BLS required (AHA or ARC)
• Nursing degree required (ADN; BSN within required timeframe)
• Oncology nursing certification required; OCN preferred
• Strong documentation, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills
