Snap Care in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shift duty. You will perform bedside nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, and participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include documenting assessments and plans, initiating discharge planning, and supervising nursing staff. Certifications include BLS (and ACLS for CIRH, if applicable).
