RN / LPN | Skilled Nursing | 1st Shift

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Perform assessments and monitor resident health status
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Carry out physician orders and communicate clinical updates
• Support, mentor, and supervise CNAs and other care team members
• Assist with physician evaluations and procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing education, support, and advocacy

Full-Time | 64 Hours Per Pay Period

• Week 1:
  Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Week 2:
  Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Part-Time | 40 Hours Per Pay Period

• Week 1:
  Monday (8hrs), Thursday (12hrs)
• Week 2:
  Sunday (8hrs), Monday (12hrs)

• +$4/hour for weekday pick-up shifts
• +$6/hour for weekend pick-up shifts
• +$8/hour for holiday pick-up shifts

• Current Michigan RN or LPN license required
• CPR certification required
• Previous geriatric or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Basic computer skills and ability to document within the electronic medical record (EMR)
