Advisa Care is seeking an On-Call Weekend Hospice Nurse to provide compassionate care in Kent County and surrounding areas. The Troy office will be the parent agency and Friday through Sunday on-call schedule will apply.
The role includes triage calls, patient visits, tuck-ins, and admissions on weekends. A current Michigan RN license in good standing and hospice experience (preferred) are required, with empathy and flexibility for changing patient needs on call.
