For many families, calling hospice is one of the hardest phone calls they'll ever make.

They're overwhelmed. Unsure what to expect. Often trying to make decisions during one of the most difficult seasons of their lives.

As an Admissions RN
, you have the opportunity to change that experience.

You'll be the first face, the first conversation, and the first source of reassurance. You'll help patients and families understand their options, answer their questions, and provide the sense of relief that comes from knowing they're not alone.

It's work that combines clinical expertise with compassionate presence, and it's often remembered by families long after that first visit.

Full-Time: 12‑Hour Shifts (Thursday, Friday & Saturday), Sign‑ On Bonus Available!

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or acute care
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain medical and hospice-related information with compassion and clarity
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel local
