As an RN or LPN at Holland Home, you will:
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Perform assessments and monitor resident health status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Carry out physician orders and communicate clinical updates
- Support, mentor, and supervise CNAs and other care team members
- Assist with physician evaluations and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing education, support, and advocacy
- Week 1:
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday - Every Other Weekend
- +$4/hour for weekday pick-up shifts
- +$6/hour for weekend pick-up shifts
- +$8/hour for holiday pick-up shifts
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license required
- CPR certification required
- Previous geriatric or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to document within the electronic medical record (EMR)
