Job Details:- Identification and control of various weeds on commercial properties
- Application of various herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, and nutrients throughout the growing season
- Scope of treatments can include lawns, trees, right of way
- Strong physical condition to handle large and heavy equipment
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Quick learner, self-motivated, critical thinker
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass drug screening
- Enjoys working outside - summer heat, winter chill
- MDARD certification in 3a, 3b, 6 or ability to obtain
- 40 hrs per week
- Pay based on experience and competitive industry wages
- Room for advancement
- Crew leader positions open
- Winter work consists of snow management
