• Competitive base pay: $17 – $28+ per hour, based on position and experience

• 1–2 years of related lawn and landscape experience
• Equipment operating experience commensurate to area of focus
• Possess a chauffeur's driver's license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire
• Experience driving a truck with trailer
• Possess a smartphone and use it to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties

• Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Desire to grow and improve
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period
