Culinary Concierge – Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living, Valley View Care Center
Join our award‑winning team at Valley View Care Center. National Quality Silver Award Winners! The Culinary Concierge is responsible for capturing meal orders for our residents and guests. Our patients and guests look forward to their meals each day and we look forward to providing them with great food that invokes happiness and joy.
You will earn: $15.85 per hour to start!
Compensation:
- Starting wages $15.00/hr
- PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour)
- Yearly Wage Increases
- Greeting guests at the building, providing explanation of our menu and ordering process for daily specials and the “Always Available Menu.”
- Meeting and talking with guests daily and taking meal orders.
- Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Executive Chef on input in the Nutrition Management program.
- Printing the meal production sheet for each meal and meal tickets.
- Updating the daily menu for dining rooms.
- Assisting with the serving of meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, and prepare and serve food and snacks according to portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Starbucks Barista training preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
- Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care!
