Dining Supervisor

Dining Supervisor (Full‑time, 4 days a week)

AVI Food systems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the Dining Supervisor role at our Food Services division. Established in 1960, AVI Food systems has built a reputation for quality, service, and value.

• Provide supervision to the food service team to ensure consistent superior customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Ensure profitability by operating within guidelines for sales growth, food cost, labor, and other controllable costs.
• Participate in team‑member meetings and training programs; provide coaching as needed.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Interact professionally with all levels of personnel, from client contacts and executives to hourly team members.
• Provide prompt, accurate, professional responses, guidance, and information to clients and management as needed.

• Previous food‑service supervisory experience.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with cash‑handling procedures and reconciliation of cash banks and reports.
• Knowledge of POS systems preferred.
